Brady Waston

Hello! I'm Brady Watson, a devoted father and family man. I take immense pride in being a father to my wonderful 4-year-old daughter, Aaliyah. Being a parent has been an incredible journey filled with joy, learning, and cherished memories.

Apart from my role as a father, I am also deeply involved in my community as a church ministry leader. My faith is a cornerstone of my life, and I find fulfillment in guiding and supporting others in their spiritual journeys. Being part of a faith community has been a source of strength and inspiration for me.

Professionally, I've had the privilege of working in higher education for several years. The field of education has been an area where I can contribute to the growth and development of young minds. I find it immensely rewarding to witness the transformation and accomplishments of students as they pursue their academic goals.

For the past 15 years, I have been an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. This brotherhood has provided me with opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and community service. I am proud to be part of a group that focuses on uplifting the community and making a positive impact on society.

Balancing my roles as a father, church ministry leader, and higher education professional can be challenging at times, but it's a journey I gladly embrace. My family is my priority, and I strive to instill strong values and provide a nurturing environment for my daughter. My faith keeps me grounded, and it's the compass that guides my actions and decisions in all aspects of life.

As I continue to grow as a father, community leader, and professional, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. Each day presents new possibilities for making a positive impact on the lives of those around me, and I am committed to leaving a meaningful and lasting legacy for my family and the community I serve.

How did you meet Rodney and/or Tiffani

My first full introduction to Rodney was on a roadtrip to New Orleans in 2009 for Conclave. This is the origin story to all of our ridiculous roadtrips since then! My chapter sent me to Conclave for the week with a check for $250 and a pat on the back, so Rodney actually gave me some real help while I was there, from making sure I attended sessions, ate properly, and stayed consistently intoxicated. Best Apple Pie drink mix ever! From there, I knew this was my guy. Some time after that, I was able to meet the mastermind behind Rodney's madness, Tiffani. It takes a strong woman, with quick wit and incredible intelligence, to have a partner such as Rodney. Tiffani highlights those traits as Ex.1 in the dictionary. Her passion for helping students, along with Rodney's, was a true inspiration to me in my work at the time, She has always been an amazing encourager, whom I'm blessed to have met. The Bates have been soo good to me, and I am forever grateful.
